This page explains what AssisTen collects when you use assisten.in, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, email assisten.now@gmail.com.

What you tell us through the booking form

When you ask for a free home visit, we receive your name, phone number, who the help is for, the services you’re interested in, your city or area, and any notes you add. The form is sent to the AssisTen team by email.

We use these details only to call you back, arrange the visit and plan support. We don’t sell them or share them with advertisers.

Website analytics

To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use:

• Google Analytics 4: which pages and sections are visited, how people arrive (for example from a social post), and actions such as playing the video or sending the booking form.
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymised heatmaps and session replays showing where people click and scroll. Everything typed into the booking form is masked and never recorded.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies. We never send your name, phone number or notes to them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep information

Booking requests are kept for as long as we’re in touch about services, and deleted on request. Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and according to Microsoft Clarity’s standard retention.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details you’ve shared with us, or withdraw your consent. Email assisten.now@gmail.com and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

AssisTen is not an emergency medical service. In a medical emergency, call 112 first.
