No. In a medical emergency, call 112 first. AssisTen reaches you quickly, stays with you, helps at the hospital and keeps your family informed.
Yes. Family members can sign up, choose services and receive updates on their phone, wherever they live.
No. Seniors can simply call us, and family can manage everything from their own phone. If your parents would like to learn, our Enable team will help them get comfortable with a smartphone.
AssisTen companions are background-verified and trained in senior care basics and first response. Where possible, the same familiar faces visit each time.
